What Candidates Must Carry
Original Aadhaar card in readable language.
Original disability certificate (currently valid) along with a photocopy of the same.
Four passport-size photographs taken after the date of this order (28 April 2026).
Rs 300 in cash for the examination fee, payable at the Board's cashier counter; the cashier-issued receipt must be presented to the Board.
Procedure at the Disability Board
Candidates report at 9:00 AM at the Principal & Controller, JLN Medical College, Ajmer.
Pay Rs 300 cash at the Board's cashier counter and obtain the receipt.
Present the receipt, original Aadhaar, original and photocopy of the disability certificate and the four post-order photographs to the Disability Board.
The Board will physically examine each candidate to confirm the Blindness / Low Vision (BLV) Benchmark Disability classification.
The Board's final report will be sent by the Director, Animal Husbandry, Jaipur, to the Rajasthan Karmachari Chayan Board (RSMSSB), Jaipur.
Important Instructions
Non-appearance on the scheduled date will result in the candidate being declared ineligible for the disability (BLV) category, and the ineligibility will be reported to RSMSSB.
Candidates must arrive well before 9:00 AM to allow time for the cashier-fee payment and document verification before the Board sits.
The disability certificate must be currently valid and fully readable; expired or unreadable certificates will not be accepted.
The four photographs must be taken after 28 April 2026 - older photographs do not satisfy the order.
