The estimated project cost is inclusive of all taxes and GST. No additional taxes or GST will be payable on the quoted amount.
Eligibility
- Reputed and experienced contractors, companies, firms, agencies on the approved list of M.E.S., Railway, CPWD and State P.W.D. in the appropriate category.
- Diu GST Registration Certificate from the GST department of Diu is mandatory. Bidders without registration must produce an affidavit to obtain Diu GST registration within 10 days of the work order. Failure to do so will result in EMD forfeiture.
EMD and Tender Fee
- Tender Fee - Rs.500
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) - Rs.26,580
- EMD, tender fee and other documents must be submitted in hard copy by RPAD/Speed Post. Physical documents must reach the office of the Executive Engineer, Diu within 3 working days after closing of online bidding.
How to Bid
- Download tender documents from ddtenders.gov.in from 19 May 2026.
- Submit the price bid electronically only on www.ddtenders.gov.in by 26 May 2026 at 14:30 hrs. Physical price bids will not be accepted.
- Submit tender fee, EMD and technical documents in hard copy by RPAD/Speed Post to the Executive Engineer, PWD, WD-II, Diu within 3 working days after online bid closing.
- Technical bids will be opened online on 26 May 2026 at 16:00 hrs; price bids at 16:30 hrs if possible.
