Eligibility
- Reputed and experienced contractors, companies, firms, agencies or architects on the approved list of M.E.S., Railway, CPWD and State P.W.D. in the appropriate category.
- Diu GST Registration Certificate from the GST department of Diu is mandatory. Bidders without registration must submit an affidavit to obtain GST registration within 10 days of the work order being issued. Failure to comply results in EMD forfeiture.
EMD and Tender Fee
- Tender Fee - Rs.500
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) - Rs.22,360
- EMD and required documents must be submitted in hard copy by RPAD/Speed Post. Physical submission must reach the office of the Executive Engineer, Diu within 3 working days after closing of online bidding.
How to Bid
- Download the tender documents from ddtenders.gov.in from 18 May 2026.
- Submit the price bid in electronic format only on www.ddtenders.gov.in by 26 May 2026 at 14:30 hrs.
- Price Bid in physical format will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Submit tender fee, EMD and other required documents in hard copy by RPAD/Speed Post to the Executive Engineer, PWD, WD-II, Diu. Documents must reach the office within 3 working days after online bid closing.
- Technical bids will be opened on 26 May 2026 at 16:00 hrs; price bids at 16:30 hrs (if possible).
