Tender Details
The Regional Director, ESI Corporation, Regional Office Ahmedabad, on behalf of the Director General, ESI Corporation, has invited online percentage-rate tenders in a two-bid system through e-tendering mode from reputed, qualified, experienced, technically and financially sound firms / contractors for the Comprehensive Annual Repair and Maintenance (AR&MO) of Civil and Electrical works at the 50 Bed ESI Hospital, Rajkot and the allied buildings spread across the Saurashtra region of Gujarat. The contract covers a full year of civil and electrical preventive plus reactive maintenance to keep the hospital and its ancillary structures functional for ESI beneficiaries in the Saurashtra belt.
The tender is hosted on https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app and on https://www.esic.gov.in/tenders. Bidders must quote a percentage rate against the BoQ of works that forms part of the tender document, without modifying the downloaded BoQ template. The downloaded tender form must not be modified in any manner - tampering renders the bid liable to rejection, EMD forfeiture and ban from doing business with ESIC.
Pre-bid clarifications are addressed at the pre-bid meeting scheduled for 20 May 2026 at 11:00 hrs at Ground Floor, ESIC Regional Office, Ahmedabad. Eligibility / Pre-qualification
The tender is open to reputed, qualified, experienced, technically and financially sound firms / contractors.
Bidders must hold a valid Class III Digital Signature Certificate (signing key usage) issued by a CCA-recognised certifying authority enrolled on the CPP Portal.
Not more than one bid is permitted per contractor or per group of contractors having common partners / directors or business relationships.
Joint Venture Agreement / Consortium bids are not allowed.

Important Instructions
