Tender Details
The service provider will print and deliver simple plastic ID cards (without QR or bar code) for ESIC employees and pensioners and will also handle lamination and dispatch. The mode of dispatch (whether borne by buyer or service provider) is set to "Service Provider" in this bid. Call-centre support is not required, no facilitation-centre space is provided by the buyer, no hardware provisioning is required at any helpdesk, and no application development or cloud hosting is in scope.
The buyer will share transaction data for the previous financial year as an estimator. Payment terms are as mentioned in the attached NIT.
Eligibility / Pre-qualification
Bidders must have at least 1 year of past experience providing similar services to a central or state government organisation or PSU. Past experience of similar services is mandatory, and the bidder must have successfully executed:
three similar completed services costing not less than 40 percent of the estimated cost, or
two similar completed services costing not less than 50 percent of the estimated cost, or
one similar completed service costing not less than 80 percent of the estimated cost,
over the current financial year and last three financial years (ending March prior to the bid opening). MSE and DPIIT-registered start-ups get complete relaxation from experience and turnover criteria. MSE purchase preference is available within L1+15 percent up to 100 percent of the bid quantity.
EMD / Earnest Money
EMD is not required. ePBG of 5 percent for a duration of 26 months is required in favour of the Regional Director, Regional Office Kanpur, with State Bank of India as the advisory bank. Financial document indicating price breakup is required, and bidders must upload the financial-breakup Excel template after converting to PDF.
