The contract covers three printing categories bundled into one bid. Flex posters / banners must be 300 or 350 gsm flex in sizes ranging from 3×4 ft to 8×3 ft with single-side multi-colour digital printing and hanging-type mounting. Self-inking rubber stamps must be rectangular 57 mm × 21 mm with up to 7 text lines, violet or blue ink and approximately 10,000-impression longevity on refillable pads. Visiting cards must be 300 gsm art-card 51 mm × 89 mm with full CMYK printing, glossy finish, and either single or double-sided.

Eligibility / Pre-qualification
Bidders must have at least 1 year of past experience supplying the same or similar product category to a Central or State government organisation or PSU. They must have supplied 80 percent of bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years (past-performance criterion). MSE and DPIIT-registered start-ups get complete relaxation from experience and turnover criteria. MSE purchase preference is available within L1+15 percent up to 25 percent of the bid quantity.
