The work covers the designing, fabrication, supplying and installation of tensile fabric membrane roof sheds to cover the terrace of the Operation Theatre (OT) Building at ESIC Super Speciality Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad, to prevent rain water ingress into the OT Building. Important Instructions
The tender form and the downloaded price bid template must NOT be modified in any manner. Modified tenders will be rejected and EMD forfeited, and the bidder may be banned from doing business with ESIC.

Only one valid Digital Signature Certificate should be registered by a bidder; lending DSC to others may lead to misuse and disqualification.

Tensile fabric membrane must be from authorised manufacturers - Serge Ferrari, Saint Gobain or Mehler - as listed in Annexure R; an authorisation letter must accompany the technical bid.
Bidders must complete the Integrity Pact (Annexure H) and Integrity Agreement (Annexure I) as part of the technical bid.
Performance Security / Bank Guarantee Bond (Annexure M) is required from the successful bidder before contract signing; the Product Warranty Bond (Annexure S) is required at delivery.
