• If the supplier is debarred or blacklisted by any Central or State Government or its procurement agency during the contract period due to quality failure, ESIC reserves the right to cancel the contract and issue a fresh bid.

• During delivery, bank details must be provided along with the delivery challan or invoices and purchase copy at the surgical store.

• Bid documents tampered with or modified after download are liable to be rejected outright and the bidder may be banned from doing business with ESIC.

• Time allowed for technical clarifications during evaluation is 2 days.
