Network Access Control (NAC) GeM Bid
The Network Access Control procurement is a high-volume GeM bid covering 2,697 NAC units for ESIC offices. It is a Two Packet Bid (technical + financial) with Reverse Auction enabled - the RA Qualification Rule is "50% Lowest Priced Technically Qualified Bidders". The bid offer validity is 120 days from the end date and the technical evaluation allows 5 days for clarifications. Inspection by an empanelled inspection authority pre-registered with GeM is not required. Evaluation is on total-value-wise basis. Comprehensive Maintenance Charges are required.
The bid is reserved for Class 1 / Class 2 local suppliers per the Public Procurement (Preference to Make-in-India) Order 2017 dated 16.09.2020 (as amended); only Class 1 / Class 2 local suppliers may participate.
