Document Requirements

The bidder must upload audited balance sheets or CA / Cost Accountant-certified turnover certificates for the relevant 3 financial years, OEM Authorization Certificate, satisfactory performance certificates from the Buyer Organisations for the executed orders, the drafted Malicious Code Certificate covering hardware and software, ISO 9001 certificate of the bidder or OEM, escalation matrix for service support, and documentary evidence of a functional service centre in the state of every Consignee location.

For Make in India compliance the bidder must align with the applicable DPIIT order. For GST, bidders are advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting - GST reimbursement is capped at the actual or applicable rate (whichever is lower), within the quoted GST percent. Faulty Hard Disks of servers / desktops / laptops are not to be returned to the OEM or supplier under warranty (ESIC Security Policy).
