The Competent Authority, ESIC Regional Office Kolkata, on behalf of the Director General, ESI Corporation, is inviting online centage-charge offers for the Balance Work in respect of Upgradation of Asansol ESIS Hospital from 100 bedded to 150 bedded. The work is to be executed on a deposit-work basis under Rule 133(3) of the General Financial Rules-2017, through a Memorandum of Understanding with a Central, State or Public Sector Undertaking, autonomous body or eligible government entity.

4. Attend the pre-bid meeting on 15 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and submit any clarification queries in writing to ESIC RO Kolkata at rd-westbengal@esic.gov.in well in advance.

Important Instructions

• The bid is open only to Central / State Govt organisations or PSUs eligible under GFR Rule 133(3) on a deposit-work basis. Private contractors are not eligible.

• Centage charges must be quoted strictly in percentage up to two decimal places greater than zero. A zero or one-decimal quote is liable to be rejected.
