Tender Details

The work covers a temporary structure to be erected in lieu of demolition activity, together with the construction of the semi-structure for the ESIS 20-bedded Hospital at Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The work has been packaged on a Deposit Work basis with lump-sum service charges (centage charges) per Annexure III of the tender document, in the Uttar Pradesh Region. ESIC is calling for online offers of lump-sum service / centage charges, expressed in percentage up to two decimals (greater than zero).

The bidding process is conducted in two stages. Eligibility / Pre-qualification

This tender is restricted to Government entities, not private contractors. Eligible bidders are:

• Any Public Sector Undertaking set up by the Central or State Government to carry out civil or electrical works, or

• Any other Central or State Government organisation / PSU notified by the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD) for such purpose after evaluating their financial strength and technical competence.
