All estimated project costs are inclusive of all taxes and GST. No additional taxes or GST will be payable on the quoted amount.
Eligibility
- Eligible contractors must be reputed and experienced companies, firms, agencies or architects who are on the approved list of M.E.S., Railway, CPWD and State P.W.D. in the appropriate category.
- Diu GST Registration Certificate issued by the GST department of Diu is essential. Bidders who have no registration with the Diu GST department must produce an affidavit ensuring they will obtain GST registration before issuing the work order (within 10 days). If the bid is found L1 and the bidder has no GST registration, the EMD will be forfeited.
EMD and Tender Fee
- Tender fee for each work: Rs.500
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) varies by work as shown in the table above (Rs.29,890 to Rs.99,930)
- EMD and other documents must be submitted in hard copy addressed by RPAD/Speed Post. Physical submission of scanned documents must reach the office of the Executive Engineer, Diu within 3 working days after closing of online bidding.
How to Bid
- Download tender documents from the ddtenders.gov.in portal from 16 May 2026.
- Review the tender conditions and work specifications in the downloaded documents.
- Submit the price bid in electronic format only on www.ddtenders.gov.in by 26 May 2026 at 14:30 hrs. Price Bid in physical format shall not be accepted.
- Submit tender fee, EMD and other required documents in hard copy by RPAD/Speed Post to the Executive Engineer, PWD, WD-II, Diu. Physical documents must reach the office within 3 working days after closing of online bidding.
- Technical bids will be opened online on 26 May 2026 at 16:00 hrs. Price bids will be opened at 16:30 hrs (if possible) the same day.
