Tender Details
- Item Description - ID Cards of size 54mm x 84mm, plastic laminated card with multi-colour card print and single-colour print with printing dori (as per sample provided by the department)

Eligibility and Conditions
- The successful tenderer must visit all primary and upper-primary schools in Diu to click photographs of students and collect related information.
- Before final printing, the successful tenderer must get the photographs and details of students proof-read and verified by the respective Headmaster/Principal of each school.
- ID cards must be prepared strictly as per the sample format specified by the department within the stipulated time.
- The tenderer must be related/registered for the work.
- After receipt of the supply order, all items must be supplied to all schools and receipts signed by teachers must be submitted to this office within 30 days.
- The rate quoted must include sales tax, packaging, forwarding and other charges.
- The tenderer must be registered with the Diu GST department. Sales tax and GST registration from the Diu GST department is mandatory.
- The tender must be submitted as a sealed envelope by 25 May 2026 at 11:00 AM. The envelope must be superscribed: "Vidyarthi Pahchan Patra Ki Aapurti Ke Liye Nivida" (Tender for Supply of Student Identity Cards).
- The tenderer must submit a sample ID card along with the tender. Tenders received without a sample will be rejected.
- Bills must be submitted in duplicate with a Revenue Stamp affixed on the original bill.
- No overwriting or corrections are permitted in the tender/quotation form. Tenders with overwriting/corrections will be summarily rejected.
- The rate quoted must be clearly legible.
- The authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
