Nationality / Citizenship (as on 01 March 2026)

Credit History
Candidates must maintain a satisfactory credit history with a minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining. Candidates who have defaulted on repayment of loans / credit card dues, or against whom adverse reports are available from CIBIL or any other external credit assessment / rating agencies, will be deemed ineligible for appointment. Key points:
The Bank reserves the right to change, cancel, modify or add any of the selection criteria, method or process of selection.
The Psychometric Test and / or PI is conducted to assess the candidate's personality, level of communication, clarity and problem-solving innovativeness, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country and suitability for the post.
Candidates are required to obtain a minimum score in each test / section and also a minimum total score in the online test.
The minimum qualifying marks for PI is 60% for UR Category and 55% for Reserved Category. The Bank reserves the right to change the minimum qualifying criteria at its sole discretion.
A candidate must qualify in all the processes of selection and be sufficiently high in merit to be shortlisted for subsequent allotment.
Final scores are arrived at by combining scores from the Online Test and / or PI and / or any other method of selection.
PI scores of candidates failing to secure minimum qualifying marks or otherwise barred shall not be disclosed.
Nature of Employment
The engagement under the contract as an Officer on Contractual Basis (OCB) is for an initial period of 5 years effective from the date of candidate's joining in the Bank.
The contract can be subsequently renewed / extended subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of the Bank for an additional maximum period of 5 years.
The engagement automatically ends on the expiry date of the contract unless renewed / extended.
The engagement is valid till maximum age of 60 years or end of the term of the contract, whichever is earlier.
Remuneration is offered based on candidate's qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmark.
The selected candidate is required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

AVP II - Group Head
Defining and implementing corporate strategy for the affluent segment in line with corporate vision.
Designing market and sales strategy for the area including acquisition and management of existing client base.
Managing, coaching and mentoring Territory Managers to achieve their KRAs and outperform decided benchmarks.
Engaging with key clients (Individual and Corporates) for driving key business deals and transactions.
Building internal and external relationships to create business development opportunities.
Fostering a performance-led and ethical culture in the area.
Conducting individual and joint performance reviews for all profiles reporting to him / her.
Responsible for legal and compliance requirement being met in the region.
AVP II - Territory Head
Defining and implementing marketing and sales strategies for the affluent segment in line with corporate vision.
Designing, implementing and monitoring sales and services for RMs and CSEs.
Ensuring sales targets are assigned to RMs and CSEs and respective performance against KRA is measured.
Tracking and reporting sales performance across revenue line including transaction pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions.
Performance Measurement of RMs, Coaching and Mentoring the RMs.
Conducting research to understand target prospects and setting appointments.
